Save one set of capacity assumptions, change the inputs for a second plan and compare the results before booking. A larger estimated Visit count is only useful if the actual work, access and journeys fit. Keep the reason for each changed assumption visible alongside the result.
Choose the decision you are comparing
The fictional example keeps the working day and daily reservations the same, then compares shorter nearby work with longer services. It uses an average per-Visit estimate, so it is an initial capacity comparison rather than a route optimiser.

Enter the first plan and choose Save as Plan A. Then edit the inputs for Plan B. The comparison shows the saved assumptions and the current result together; Clear comparison removes the saved plan. Inputs stay in the page and are not saved to your account.
If the current inputs are invalid, correct them before interpreting a comparison. A blank field is missing information, not a zero-minute task.
Check the real sequence before choosing
Compare the actual Visit lengths, fixed access, travel order and customer commitments for the preferred plan. Two days with equal estimated capacity can have very different practical constraints.
Do not improve the result by removing a recovery allowance or shortening travel without a reason. Record why the chosen plan is workable, then schedule and confirm the actual Visits through the normal workflow.
