How Daylane Publishes Its Guides

Accountable to the people using the schedule

Daylane's guides are published by the Daylane team at Blu Mint Digital, the team building and supporting the product. They focus on operational scheduling for Australian sole traders and small service teams. We write about the workflow our software supports, including its limits.

Examples and sources

Worked schedules, durations, names and customer messages are illustrative unless a page explicitly identifies a documented source. Product screenshots use fictional example data. We do not present illustrative examples as customer outcomes, measured time savings or industry benchmarks.

Original operational guidance is labelled in the article's source note. Articles discussing external requirements link to the relevant sources and show the date those sources were checked. A product review date does not imply that an external authority has reviewed or endorsed the guide.

How the content is prepared

AI tools assist with drafting and implementation. Publication under the Daylane team byline identifies the accountable publisher; it does not imply an independent expert review, customer interview or field test. Product claims are checked against the implementation, and the page should distinguish available features from planned features.

Scope and updates

The guides are operational information. Legal, tax, safety and regulated technical decisions require the appropriate current sources and qualified advice for the circumstances. A Job checklist is not a compliance certificate.

Publication and substantive update dates appear on articles. Corrections should change the affected content and its update date; a cosmetic change should not make an old guide appear newly researched.
