14-Day Job Scheduling Trial Checklist

Use a small set of representative Jobs to decide whether a scheduling workflow fits your business. This editable checklist records what you tested, what happened and what still needs checking before you move more work.

Choose cases before entering data

Include a normal Visit, a change of time, an incomplete Visit needing a return and a completed Job. Use fictional records while learning; use real customer details only when you are ready to manage those records appropriately.

Daylane's trial lasts 14 days with no card required. A paid plan is required afterwards. Check the current plan features against your requirements, especially recurrence, request intake and additional team access.

Record an observed result

A checked box should mean you performed the workflow and reviewed its result. Mark untested items clearly. Check customer-facing information before sending a real message or sharing a Visit page.

  • Try the phone and desktop you intend to use.
  • Include travel, access and a realistic duration in the scheduling case.
  • Review an export's fields before treating it as sufficient for your record needs.
