A calendar feed lets another calendar subscribe to Daylane's published Visit information. It is a viewing connection, not a way to edit Daylane by moving an event in the other calendar. Check the current Daylane record when a scheduling decision depends on the latest change.
Know what the event contains
The feed publishes event timing, a Job reference and title, Customer name and a Location address when present. It does not provide the full internal Job or Visit record. Use Daylane for the detailed work context.

Subscribe using the private URL
Daylane's Calendar settings can create a private URL for subscription from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. Keep that URL within the intended calendar account because it grants access to the published information.
Use a calendar subscription rather than treating a one-time file import as a live connection. For the receiving application's current steps, use its official help. Google Calendar documents adding a published calendar URL through its subscription workflow.
Review freshness and URL changes
Do not promise instant refresh in the receiving calendar. If a Visit changed recently, inspect Daylane directly before travelling or confirming another booking. Google and Microsoft calendar sync are separately marked coming soon in Daylane's plan listing.
Rotating the private feed URL immediately revokes the previous URL. Update intended subscriptions after rotation and check that the receiving calendar is using the new address rather than continuing to display an old copy.
