After reconnecting, open the current Agenda and verify the Visits you will rely on next. A restored network indicator does not prove that an already-open page contains the latest schedule. Compare the saved copy's time with the current record and resolve any difference before travelling.
Start with the nearest affected Visit
Refresh or reopen Daylane while connected, then inspect the next assigned Visit. The example below illustrates changes that could have happened while a device was offline; it is not a report of an actual customer incident.
| Saved detail | Current detail to verify | Required response |
|---|---|---|
| Visit at 10:00 | Has the time or status changed? | Use the saved current arrangement |
| Assigned to you | Is assignment still current? | Clarify any reassignment |
| Meet at rear gate | Have instructions changed? | Read the current Visit brief |
| Work appeared in progress | Was your progress update saved? | Check state before repeating an action |
Reconcile actions separately from viewing
Daylane's offline agenda is read-only. Do not assume an attempted edit or progress action was queued for later synchronisation. Open the Visit and confirm its actual status and recorded notes.
If you kept an external note during the outage, transfer the factual outcome when you can save it and check the result. Include the actual attendance context rather than implying the note was recorded live.
Tell the scheduler when the two copies disagree
Use a concrete message such as 'My saved copy showed J-0101 at 10:00; the current Visit now shows 11:00. Please confirm the reception arrangement still applies.' This identifies the difference without assuming why it happened.
Before leaving, check the next journey as well as the changed Visit. Moving one attendance can make a previously workable route unrealistic, even when the rest of the titles look unchanged.
