Daylane Pro vs Pro+: Which Scheduling Features Do You Need?

Compare Daylane's manual scheduling plan with recurrence, Booking Requests and team dispatch on Pro+, while distinguishing available features from coming-soon items.

Choose Pro for a one-person manual scheduling workflow, or review Pro+ when you need recurring Jobs, automated email reminders, Booking Requests or team dispatch. Start from a normal week of work and identify which actions you genuinely need to automate or share.

Compare the current workflow boundaries

The matrix below follows Daylane's current plan definitions. Both plans are paid after the 14-day trial. Review the live pricing and billing screen before subscribing or adding users.

Separate available features from future items

Calendar feeds are available. Google and Microsoft calendar sync are marked coming soon in the plan listing, as is the future SMS allowance when SMS launches. Do not buy a plan on the assumption that a coming-soon feature is already a working part of your process.

Pro+ includes one user. If several people will work in the business, review the additional-seat pricing and role requirements rather than treating the plan name as unlimited team access.

Test the workflow that justifies the plan

If recurrence is the reason for choosing Pro+, test a normal occurrence, a moved occurrence and a future-pattern change. If team dispatch is the reason, test assignment, the colleague's view and the handover. A feature checkbox is only useful when the workflow fits your work.

Keep invoicing expectations separate: the optional Free Invoice App hand-off is a manual text handover, not automatic invoice creation or payment tracking.
